Meanwhile, blaming yourself won’t get you anywhere, won’t help you solve the problem. In order to deal with it, it is necessary to realize that the proceedings so far have been self-destructive. And at all costs, we must do everything possible not to repeat the mistakes of the past. Of course, problems and stress will happen to everyone, but suffocating negative emotions must have negative consequences.
How to bring order and start to live normally again?
I would recommend starting with calming down, for example with meditation, which can at least temporarily ease the negative symptoms of hidden stress.
