Unlimited energy laws – all about
Fatigue is a lack of physical, intellectual and emotional energy; chronic fatigue – a prolonged lack of this energy. However, a person of the modern Western world does not need to explain what fatigue is. Most likely, he is already familiar with the phenomenon. And it’s very likely that it’s also your problem!
The first law explains why studying these laws will be very beneficial to your health:
Law 1. Knowledge has organizational power. With the Mind-Body connection, knowledge interacts with the body and creates health.
This means that establishing a few new principles will be like a doctor’s prescription for the physiology of the body and mind.
Law 2. Energy is naturally inherent in life. The fact that unlimited energy is always and always available as a unified field is the most fundamental truth of Nature.
Law 3. Energy naturally flows from the unified field into the body-mind system. Fatigue is the result of blockage or imbalance in this natural flow.
Law 4. Blockage and imbalance in the “mind-body” system occurs when unity with Nature is violated.
Law 5. A balanced “mind-body” system opens the way for the free flow of energy from Nature. Therefore, balance, equilibrium is the basis in the problem of eliminating chronic fatigue and accumulating enough energy.
Let’s now look at some practical aspects of maintaining balance in the body. Every event in consciousness triggers corresponding events in the body: a complex biochemical reaction takes place – the result of the interaction of three principles governing the body, each of which is called dosha and whose importance in energy processes is great. Therefore, the following two laws are:
Law 6. Vata, Pitta and Kapha are the fundamental quantum-mechanical principles of the mind-body system, which control the flow of mind and energy within the limits of individual physiology.
Law 7. The balance between the three doshas ensures the coordination of the entire mind-body physiological system. When the doshas are in balance, all systems in the body work to build and enhance strength, energy and health.
Speaking of regulating the body’s energy processes and touching on the topic of overall balance, it is important to note the issues of healthy nutrition:
Law 8. The quality of digestion is the most important factor in increasing biological vitality. The quality of digestion itself is determined by four main factors: quality of consciousness, proper timing and timing, quantity and quality of food.
Law 9. Incomplete or unbalanced digestion leads to the formation of physiological ama impurities that prevent the free flow of energy in the body. Vital energy can be increased by preventing the accumulation of these impurities or by cleansing the body of them.
Law 10. Some foods are a natural source of energy, while others have a depressing effect on the body and mind, causing fatigue. The effect of any food depends on its properties, as well as how it was taken in, prepared and consumed.
An important aspect in accumulating energy is to get rid of stress, which not only weakens digestion, the immune system, but also generally causes imbalances in many organs.
Law 11. Stress responses are a major factor in causing chronic fatigue. It affects the body’s energy-producing systems – especially digestion – and weakens the immune system’s defenses.
Stress can be eliminated by providing the body with opposing factors, such as deep relaxation (meditation), restorative exercises (yoga), breathing techniques (pranayama), and rest. Some forms of meditation use mantras – basic sounds whose silent chanting promotes increased awareness.
Law 12. To relieve fatigue, stress should be replaced with relaxation and rest. This can be achieved through breathing meditation and ayurvedic oil massage.
Man, representing the Microcosm in the scale of the Universe (Macrocosm), is subject to daily changes and fluctuations in Nature. Therefore, following the rhythms of the Universe is a prerequisite for its harmonious existence, as stated in the following Law:
Law 13. From a biological point of view, the right time is the most important. Activities performed at the right time can promote balance and increase energy, while at the wrong time, on the contrary, they can be unbalanced and exhausting.
Of course, human life cannot be limited to good nutrition and exercise; in any case, such a life cannot be called complete. A person should have a sense of the meaning of life, an awareness of some spiritual purpose and a concentration of his efforts on it. One of the statements of ayurveda is as follows:
Law 14. Development is the main condition for survival. Spiritual development is a wonderful experience and supports us emotionally in our ups and downs along the way, but it is equally important from a biological point of view.
A sense of purpose and progress in life contributes to the development of neurochemical products that transfer energy and vitality to the entire mind-body system. This is the real key to dynamic energy, and awareness of one’s own uniqueness opens up the inexhaustible natural sources of energy inherent in human beings by nature itself. This is what the last law says:
Law 15. Integrity of life is the goal of individual human development and evolution. Integrity is the path to the self, it is awareness, concentration on the present moment, creative realization of the potential inherent in nature, confirmed by unlimited natural energy.
